We understand that shopping online is not always an easy task. We want to make your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please feel free to email us using the "contact" tab. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. 

If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will happily exchange it for the same item or an equal item (if out of stock). You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned within 3 days of the delivery receipt and a tracking # must be provided to confirm shipment. This policy only applies to damaged items.
